Haw flakes. So what the heck is a "haw" and why are they flakes?

Remember these when you were a kid? I sure do. My grandma use to give them to me as a "treat" when I was a kid and I've always wondered what they really were. Victor had some H-flakes on the table today so we decided to google it on the internet. Pretty interesting stuff.

It amused us for a little while and now I must get back to EOSC.
