school is starting...NOT!

ahh september.

the start of a new school year. normally i would be writing the usual first week of school blues but this time, it's a bit different. for the first time in five years, i'm not moving into a new place, linning up for books at the bookstore or sleeping-in on my very first day of class.

but instead...

i'm here sitting in my office in hk, reviewing notes for the UBC alumni bbq and preparing for a meeting at 7pm.

a lot of things have changed in the past 3 months. a lot of things have changed for not only myself but the people around me and it is so great to see everyone taking their first step towards their goals and dreams.

whether you're in school, job-hunting or in-between, know that i love you and am rooting for you.

tse kee fishballs in aberdeen. this place has been in HK for the past 40+ years. my parents have been coming here since they were in their teens. it no doubt has THE BEST fishball noodle soup in the world!
